(Attention) whore Denise Richards is milking the fact that she was married to Charlie Sheen and that Charlie Sheen is kind of insane. And although Charlie pulled a knife on his current wife, Denise had it worse. WAY WORSE. Get this - she was yelled at and pushed by him. *Gasp!* Say it's not so.

Denise Richards told Oprah Winfrey that ex-husband Charlie Sheen was verbally abusive to her during their marriage.

"There were times during the marriage where there was a lot of verbal abuse. He never hit me," Richards told Winfrey on Tuesday's Oprah Winfrey Show. "It was a lot of verbal arguments [that] got extremely heated [and] that scared me. ... I think that Charlie has a very sharp tongue."

Though Richards claimed Sheen never physically abused her, she did, however, tell Winfrey that Sheen pushed her.

Richards said that dealing with the public scrutiny during their contentious divorce was very difficult. "There were times where, especially when I filed the restraining order, I was humiliated. I was embarrassed," she said. "Of course when things are so public and being called all these things, it was very, very difficult. I hit rock-bottom during all of this."

Richards' children — Sam, 5, and Lola, 4 — gave her the courage to move forward. "I did not want this life for them," she said.

Richards, who said that she and her ex-husband are in a "great place now," called the situation between Sheen and his current wife, Brooke Mueller, "very sad." "They have two little baby boys. Their dad was, you know, in jail on Christmas," she said. "On the other hand, I think perhaps people can understand what I was going through a little bit."

Oh yes, we're all so sorry for your loss, Denise. It's a good thing you have a thriving career and great looks to keep you going or you might be on the verge of killing yourself ... oooooh, never mind.

Kiefer Sutherland was roped into a scam and lost thousands of dollars. What is it you ask? Illegal art deal? Awesome weapons shipment? Counterfeit money ring? ... How about he tried to buy cattle and got ripped off. Man, that's so not awesome. Come on Keifer, if you're going to look like a chump, at least go down swinging.

Actor Kiefer Sutherland was among cattle customers roped into an alleged scam that netted more than a million dollars.

Prosecutors say Michael Wayne Carr of Linden had agreements to buy steers in Mexico for his customers and sell them for profit in the United States. Carr allegedly took $869,000 from Sutherland, star of the Fox TV show "24," and $177,000 from a New Mexico couple.

Prosecutors say there's no record Carr ever bought the steers. They also say Carr sold steers that didn't belong to him.

Carr is charged with 12 felonies, including grand theft, forgery and embezzlement. He was scheduled to be arraigned Monday, but a judge postponed it to Feb. 8 after his attorney was removed.

If convicted on all charges, he faces 18 years in prison.(AP)

So as part of her body-improvement-or-death campaign, it's come out that Heidi Montag now has DDD sized breasts. No, I didn't spaz out on the keyboard, that's the correct size. This improvement (and trust me, it's an improvement), has rubbed some people the wrong way - like Tila Tequila, who's only real gift to the world is her gigantic boobs. And since she now has some competition in the big-boobs-and-no-brains department, she immiaidetly went on the offensive by saying this:

"She's gone overboard... Her whole relationship is fake, her whole show is fake, her whole marriage is fake, everything about her is fake. So now it just makes sense that her whole face is fake."

Tila admits to her own plastic surgery, breast augmentation, but believes Heidi, 23, has gone too far.

New details have come out in the Tiger Woods fiasco (because I know you've all been holding your breath) - Apparently, it was Elin, Tiger's Wife, who started this whole thing by texting his mistress and pretending to be him. Now, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Guys, for the love of all that is holy, LOCK YOUR FREAKIN' CELL PHONES! I don't care if you've never even looked at another women, chicks go crazy with power, and if they can use your cellphone for evil, THEY WILL! LOCK IT!

Elin Nordegren was the one responsible for setting a series of events in motion, which eventually led to husband Tiger Woods' late night Thanksgiving car crash, according to Gerald Posner of The Daily Beast. "She texted Rachel [Uchitel] pretending she was Tiger, saying, 'I miss you. When am I going to see you again?'" Posner claimed to Access Hollywood on Monday, citing new information from two unnamed sources allegedly close to Elin. "That's when she called Rachel on the phone and said, 'I knew it was you.'" However, it wasn't the first time Rachel and Elin had spoken, according to Posner. As for what comes next for Tiger and Elin, a friend reportedly told Posner that Elin is waiting for Tiger to finish rehab treatment before making a final decision on whether or not to file for divorce.

The father of Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan, Daniel Kerrigan, was found dead early Sunday morning, Access Hollywood has learned.

Mark Kerrigan - the victim's son and skater's brother - has been arrested and charged with assault and battery on an elder with serious bodily injury, according to Boston's NBC WHDH 7News.

According WHDH, who confirmed the story to Access, emergency medical crews responded to a call about an unresponsive male in Stoneham, Mass., on Sunday morning. Daniel Kerrigan, 70, was taken to Winchester Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

According to The Boston Herald, Daniel and Mark got into an argument about a phone and the two men began yelling at each other and pushing one another. The police report states that Mark Kerrigan put his "hands around his father's neck" and the 70-year-old fell to the floor. Mark told authorities that he believed his father was "faking it."

Mark was reportedly intoxicated when authorities arrived on the scene and had to be subdued with pepper spray, according to the police report. The police report also reportedly noted there was blood found on the kitchen floor of the home.

The skater's mother, Brenda Kerrigan, told the paper that her husband died of a heart attack.

"My husband had a massive heart attack," Brenda Kerrigan said on Monday. "This is a very difficult time for me."

On Monday, Mark Kerrigan pleaded not guilty to the alleged assault during his arraignment on in Woburn District Court, the Associated Press reported. He is being held on $10,000 bail. His past criminal record includes arrests for assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction and violation of a restraining order.

See parents, that's what happens when you focus all your love and attention on your one athlete child. They end up getting all the focus and glory and your other child becomes a psychopath and eventually kills you. Everyone in Texas, please take note.

Zoe Saldana was in a new photoshoot and I think it was a bit too cold in the studio. Whenever I see shots like this, I always assume the photographer did it on purpose by being sneaky:
