Just in case you thought the Jon/Kate saga couldn't get any more depressing, now father-of-the-year Gosselin has been forbidden from bringing a gun onto the family home. Yes, this means he owns a gun, has used the gun and there is a fear he may use the gun again - specifically in a target practice kind of way, where his former wife stands in as a target.

In another reality check, for the one-time Reality TV dad, Jon was ordered not to bring any firearm onto the marital property. A Montgomery County, PA judge entered that order today as Jon showed up in court to square off against a former lawyer who is suing him for non-payment. (RadarOnline)

Courtney Love got on Facebook the other day to both mock and protect her daughter. Also, to butcher the English language, who I fear may actually have been her real target.

After slamming her 17 year-old daughter Frances Bean Cobain as "deceptive" on her Facebook page Tuesday, Love, 45, said Wednesday afternoon that she's not angry at Frances. (On Friday, Frances was put under temporary guardianship of her paternal grandmother). "id just prefer she not become Jaimie [sic] L Spears," Love wrote, referring to Britney Spears' little sister Jamie Lynn, who had a daughter, Maddie, at age 17, in 2008.

Love continues her typo-ridden ode to Frances: "she should go be a writer or an a...rtist wich i support 100% but this is a circus and it pains me cos i know she hates it."

Love took aim at Britney and Jamie Lynn's father, Jamie Spears, Nov. 25, claiming that "britneys dad molested her" in another eyebrow-raising Facebook post.

Facebook is Love's only mode of reaching out to her only child at the moment. On Wednesday, a judge issued a restraining order against her, barring any contact with Frances Bean.

"There's not a whole lot i can do about it," Love wrote. "This is like a hand grenade got thrown into our lives and it's not Frances!"

Madonna and her daughter Lourdes went to the New York City premiere of Nine and it was everything you expect: Madonna slapped Lourdes, Lourdes slapped Madonna, a nipple slip, they made out and then slapped each other again. Then they both went to the theater and had a lovely time. Isn't it great to have family around during the holidays?

This one happens to be PETA - although I'm not sure she's helping to save animals but rather killing the reputation of New York. Sure, it's got class: Broadway, museums, the "everything" bagel, but now every time I think about NYC, all I'm going to picture is naked whores... Hmmmm, maybe she didn't hurt the city's reputation after all.

Michael Lohan was arrested for stalking his ex-girlfriend! Hilarious! Although, to be fair, the real crime is that someone willingly dated Michael Lohan - but, I guess that girl could just plead insanity.

Michael Lohan was arrested Monday on a second-degree charge of criminal contempt, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

The father of Lindsay Lohan pleaded not guilty at an arraignment Monday and posted $2,000 cash bail, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in New York.

Michael Lohan, 49, was arrested for allegedly violating a protection order that prohibits him from calling his estranged girlfriend. Lohan is accused of calling his ex, Erin Muller, Sunday, Dec. 13, at approximately 11:30 am.

Lohan's attorney told The Associated Press his client is the victim of fabricated claims and that it was Muller that called him. Lohan was charged with aggravated harassment earlier this year after reportedly threatening to kill himself and Muller when she tried to break up with him, a charge he later denied in court, according to the AP.

Lohan is due in court next on Jan. 8. (TV Guide)

If I got a call from Michael Lohan where he said he'd kill himself, I'm not sure what I would do... I mean, after laughing hysterically and then telling him to go through with it. But after that, I'd be at a real loss.

Awww, Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez broke up earlier this week. Now who am I going to not care about as I don't watch Yankees games (der a buncha bums). Aparently, though, that was the exact reason they ended thier relationship - Kate wanted more attention at the games and Alex wanted to hit her in the face with a baseball.

"[Hudson] wanted more camera time each and every game," the pal tells Usmagazine.com. "She would always want to be styled before games and she'd insist on front-row seats." Her motivation, the friend says, was more of a PR move than genuine devotion. "It was a turnoff to have a girlfriend who always wanted to be on camera," the source quips. "Alex wanted someone who was more interested in building a long-term relationship than just building their profile."

For those confused by the timeline of the couple's split and who initiated what, the A-Rod friend insists that "he broke up with her over a week ago," but they continued to spend time together publicly after the fact. "Alex wanted to end this relationship well over a month ago," the source says, but the baseball star, 34, didn't want to disrupt Hudson's premieres and promotional events for her new film Nine. "He felt that would be counterproductive and unfair to her."

And while many reports claim that a jealous Rodriguez "smothered" Hudson, 30, the friend suggests the opposite was the case, observing, "She seemed compelled to track and follow his every move" during his busy pre- and post-season schedule.

Ultimately, the pal says that Hudson tried to give Rodriguez "an ultimatum" and to "fast track" the relationship. "He's just coming off of a 13-year relationship with his ex-wife and a recent divorce," the friend points out. "He has two lovely children with his ex-wife, and that requires a certain amount of responsibility. She gave him ultimatums that a newly divorced father can't meet."

The friend says that things ended amicably -- and maturely. "They're two mature adults. She did take the relationship seriously, and he has a lot of respect for her. They had some really wonderful times together."

If there is one thing to say for both of them, it's that they handled their relationship very well in public. They both looked very calm and collected, even now. Of course, when the doors shut and Kate begins sobbing uncontrollably and throwing Alex's awards at him, well, there's a reason she was great in How To Lose A Guy.... Which, uh, I never saw. Ever. I've never even seen a copy of the DVD case, I swear!
