Aubrey O'Day Has Strange Heroes
Everyone, I've found two new heroes to replace my old ones. I used to respect Muhammad Ali and Gandhi, but no more! Why, you ask? Well, as everyone knows, former Danity Kane member Aubrey O'Day is the smarted woman in the world, and whatever she says, I believe. So goodbye old heroes, hello my new ones: Fidel Castro and Adolph Hitler!
O'Day caused a stir Monday night during a heated debate on FOX News' "The Sean Hannity Show," when she referred to both Fidel Castro and Adolf Hitler as "brilliant" men.

"As someone who has met [Castro]... I met him and worked with him while I was in Cuba. I'm not defending his behavior, but in many instances, but I do have to say, I will 100% agree, he's an incredibly brilliant man, he has outlived tons of our presidents," the singer - who visited Cuba during her Semester At Sea program - said on the conservative talk show.

When the panel raised questions about referring to the polarizing Cuban leader as "brilliant," O'Day said, "I'm sure many murderers are brilliant people."

"Was Hitler a brilliant man?" Hannity asked O'Day.

"Listen, I don't condone Hitler one ounce, but yes, he was a brilliant man," she said. "He ran a country and convinced everyone of horrible things." (Access Hollywood)

I too was once convinced of horrible things, like B-rated pop-stars should be given the right to talk. Luckily, Aubrey showed me how wrong I was on that notion, since the stupidest statements tend to come out of their mouths. Hannity, the floor is yours once again.

Chris Brown Doesn't Interview Well
Larry King put out promos yesterday for a Wednesday interview with Chris Brown, where the singer is dressed up as a penis (seriously dude, what's with the bow-tie?) In one of them, Chris states he doesn't remember smack smack smacking Rihanna. Of course that's not what he meant, the singer later said in a statement. Larry tricked him by asking the question over and over. Yep, because, as everyone knows, the more times you get asked a question, the harder it is to remember the correct answer. That makes perfect sense, right?
On Monday, CNN released clips, which show the "Larry King Live" host asking Brown, "Do you remember doing it?" referring to the beating of his then-girlfriend Rihanna in the early hours of February 8. Brown is heard in the clip replying, "No."

But in a statement issued to People on Monday, the singer said during the interview with King, which was attended by his attorney, Mark Geragos, and his mother, Joyce Hawkins, "That question was asked something like four or five times."

"When you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said," Brown said in his statement to the mag regarding his "no" answer.

"The first four times - or how ever many times it was - I gave the same answer - which was that I didn't think it was appropriate for me to talk about what happened that night. I said it was not right for me and it really wasn't fair to Rihanna. The fifth time - or whatever it was - I just misspoke. I was asked, 'Do you remember doing it?' and I said, 'No,'" Brown's statement continued.

Brown added that he does indeed remember the incident that sent Rihanna to the hospital; however, he also referred to it as "a blur."

"Of course, I remember what happened. Several times during the interview, my mother said that I came to her right afterwards and told her everything. But it was and still is a blur," his statement continued. "And yes, I still can't believe it happened because it is not me or who I am." (Access Hollywood)

I'm going to have to agree with Chris here, I'm pretty sure it'd be hard to forget something like smacking around Rihanna. Also, why was Larry King asking this ridiculous question in the first place, especially multiple times? "Do you regret it?" or "Do you know why you did it?," would have been fine, but "Do you remember it?" is ridiculousness. Maybe 75-year-old Larry kept asking because he couldn't remember the event. In fact, their full conversation may have gone something like this:
Larry: So Chris, it's good for you to be here. Tell me about that night.
Chris: Thanks Larry. Well...
Larry: Hold up, refresh my memory. What happened that night?
Chris: Larry, that night was...
Larry: Which night?
Chris: The night of the incident.
Larry: What incident.
Chris: The one with Rihanna.
Larry: Who?
Chris: Rihanna.
Larry: That's great. We're going to go to commercials now, but when we come back, we're going to bring out singer Chris Brown who will talk to us about rice cakes, I think.

Chris Brown is 'Sorry'...
When I was little, I used to punch my brothers all the time. *WHAM!* Then, when I'd get caught, I'd look my mom straight in the eyes and say, "Sorry" - even though I didn't mean any of it. What else was I going to do? I was caught, I was guilty and I didn't want to get into more trouble, so I pussed out. I'm thinking Chris Brown is in a similar situation as he apologized here for smacking around Rihanna.
R&B singer Chris Brown issued his first full public apology on Monday for assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna, describing his loss of control as "unacceptable, 100 percent" and asking for forgiveness from his fans.

Brown, 20, said in a two-minute video statement that he had wanted to speak out earlier but had been advised against it by his lawyers.

The singer of hits "Run It" and "Kiss Kiss" pleaded guilty last month to punching Rihanna in Los Angeles on the eve of the Grammy Awards in February. He is expected to be sentenced to five years' probation in August.

"I have told Rihanna countless times and I am telling you today that I am truly, truly sorry that I wasn't able to handle the situation differently and better," Brown said in the video statement. (AP)

"'Sorry' my ass," Chris Brown said as soon as he turned the camera off. "Sorry that girl opened her mouth to the police is more like it." Then he grabbed the nearest ho in his posse and backhanded her for a good hour, all the while fantasizing it was Rihina. Ah, to be young and in love again.

Anna Paquin Loves Necking
Anna Paquin was at The Late Show last night to promote her vampire-love-lust series True Blood. I'm assuming that's why she wore this tight-fitting dress with it's own built-in popped collar - You know, so her neck was visible and people could bite it. Did anyone end up biting her neck? Let me scan these photos.....mmmm, no, I guess not. Aw, that's disappointing. Come on people, that was an invitation. I mean, when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. Or, as we do it in my house, when life gives you lemons, go get some tequila and salt. Seriously, it's a lot more fun than lemonade. What am I, five?

There's More to Life Than Just Being Really, Really, Ridiculously Good Looking...
Katie Price is English, but we'll forgive her for that because she's hot. I guess she had some sort of breakup with her famous singer boyfriend Peter Andre, but he's British too and not a chick, so no one cares/has heard of him. It's been causing some controversy in England, though, because now Katie Price is trying to clean up her image.
The 31-year-old glamour model has decided to launch her own charity in a bid to improve her image after her messy break-up with Peter Andre, the Mirror reports. The Katie Price Foundation will focus on helping sick and disabled children enjoy a better quality of life.

“She may have been acting more like an out-of-control glamour model of late but behind the glitz she’s a mother and has a heart,” said a source close to the model. “And she wants to help other parents like her who are less fortunate.”

An idiot model who wants to help out the less fortunate and stuff? Hmmmm, I think I've heard this before...but where? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Meat in Audrina Patridge's Mouth
I love a restaurant with a sense of humor and a love of fine, sexy women. Carl's Jr. put Audrina Patridge in a gold bikini, had her roll around on a beach and then shove meat into her mouth, all to promote their Teriyaki Burger. Then they rolled out their slogan (for their food only): "More than a piece of meat." If Carl's Jr. was a guy, I would give him a hi-five and then take him out to a strip joint to get drunk and laid. He'd definitely be that dude who would take home one, no, two strippers from the place and then I wouldn't see him for three days. Later I would find out he was stabbed and robbed and he's now in the hospital. That dude always has the best stories. Carl's Jr., you the man.

Bret Michaels was Floored by Broadway
Bret Michaels thought rock bottom was doing heroin until you're found lying in a puddle of your own vomit by a hotel maid with every one of your bandannas tied around your wang. He was wrong. Rock bottom is being a former-musician now VH1-reality star who gets knocked on his ass by a giant sign that says "BROADWAY" while performing at the Tonys. Now, I didn't realize that rock bottom was hilarious, but it sure as hell is. I watched that video like 12 times in a row, and it kept getting funnier every time I saw it. Every Monday needs a good laugh, right? Thanks Brett.
