Now, as you've known from past entries, Celebrity Milkshake is a huge fan of Vicoria's Secret Model Miranda Kerr. However I'm a little disturbed by these new photos of her in St. Barts. I didn't think a girl could ever be too thin, but this is just creepy. I could take a pair of drumsticks and play the xylophone on her ribcage like in some Bugs Bunny cartoon. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm still digging what she's doing (and wearing), but seriously, Miranda, here's a sandwich. Enjoy.

I'm only now getting to Thursday's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, because I've needed time to process it. That's the excuse I'm going with, because the real one would probably make you vomit this early in the morning (it involves my hand and my penis). Anyway, here are some shots of Alessandra Ambrosio, Marisa Miller, Miranda Kerr and other models whose names you've never heard and you most likely don't want to learn. Seriously, is there any reason to? Not just for these models, but for every girl. "You there, the one in red with nice ta-tas," is really always enough.

Miranda Kerr is in the November issue of V and I, for one, am very pleased with how these pictures came out. Look at how the lighting accentuates the photos' black and grays. Examine how the shadows against the images with backgrounds makes the white space pop. Observe, if you will, the very sparse use of color in order to both draw focus away from the rest of the image and accentuate the sameness of everything in life and to... aw, hell, forget it - check out that ass! Seriously, that's the real work of art here! I'm framing it on my wall and starring at it all day. I'll drink some wine or something too, just to be classy.

This is a girl who gets up every morning and doesn't want to put on lingerie and be frisky for the camera, but knows she's got a higher calling. She's doing her duty for the public. Miranda, along with her squadron of other grunts, answered the call for service and does what she can to protect our way of life. It's a dangerous job, and a thankless one at that, but she does it day after day, because in the end, the world is a little safer... a little better... a little more free. This is going to take a lot of our readers completely by surprise because apparently Miranda Kerr is not a sex symbol, but it turns out the Aussie born Victoria's Secret model looks pretty darn good in lingerie. I know, I don't understand it either.

Miranda Kerr is the latest in a long line of models to make a very stupid comment about the profession of modeling and their personal view of it. Here's what she told In Touch Weekly during a recent interview...

“I don’t look at myself as a sex symbol. I see it as a job, and I’m working for a company that I really love and enjoy working for,” the brunette beauty told In Touch at the launch of the new Dream Angels Push-up Bra for Victoria’s Secret in New York on April 7.

So apparently she sees herself as more of an astronaut or possibly a receptionist. Let's get this straight - she works for a brand that very specifically sells an image of sex, and as a model she represents and/or symbolizes the brand. So I'm pretty sure the one thing in the world Miranda Kerr definitely is is a sex symbol. She must not think of herself as Australian, either, so much as a woman from down under. Supermodels, better seen than heard.

Supermodel Miranda Kerr posed for the upcoming Victoria's Secret swim catalog in several different bikinis and we have the photos to prove it. Wouldn't you know it, she looks hot in all of them, although it's worth pointing out that she looks especially good when she's photographed without Orlando Bloom. A model this attractive should at least hook up with an actor who still actually stars in movies.
