It's pretty much written that if you're a girl wanting to be on a reality TV show, you've got to be a ho, and if you're a guy wanting to be on a reality TV show, you have to punch someone at least three times a season. That's just science. Unfortunately for Lauren Conrad's ex0boyfriend Jason Wahler, the cameras weren't rolling when he got into his recent fight, and now he's in a Washington state jail without any footage to show for it.
"Yes, he's in our facility," an official at the Yakima County Jail -- located about 150 miles outside of Seattle -- tells Us.
RadarOnline.com first reported that Wahler, 22, was booked on charges of assault and minor drinking in Seattle on Sept. 25. He was transferred to Yakima County Jail four days later.
"He will serve 120 days in jail but could get out after 80 days for good behavior," an official told RadarOnline.com.
This isn't the first time Wahler has gotten in trouble with the law. In 2008, a judge ordered him to rehab after he punched a tow truck driver in the face and used racial slurs him.
He spent 18 days in jail in 2007 after getting arrested on charges of assault for fighting in the lobby of a Seattle Marriott hotel.
That same year, he was picked up by police twice: once in Greenville, N.C. in 2007 for underage drinking and resisting arrest, and another time in NYC for resisting arrest and bribery.
Conrad famously refused an internship in Paris because she wanted to stay close to Wahler while they were dating.
The two also reportedly filmed a sex tape together, rumors of which were leaked by Spencer Pratt -- ending the friendship between Conrad and Heidi Montag. Conrad denies the sex tape exists.
Holy hell, doesn't MTV do any type of background check before putting someone on TV? Oh, they do, and goes something like this: "Well, he's been arrested 12 times, he carries a loaded shotgun and a six-pack of beer with him wherever he goes, if a woman speaks to him he punches her in the face and he's proud card-carrying member of the KKK. Wow...let's book him before FOX can get their hands on him. Gentlemen, we have a star."

How much do you think the cast of The Hills should make per episode? Fifty? Sixty? Seventy cents per episode? A dollar? Well, prepare yourself for a massive amount of hysterical crying - they make more than $100,000 per episode!
The Daily Beast reported on Monday that Audrina Patridge, Lauren "Lo" Bosworth and Heidi Montag are all earning $100,000 an episode, just $25,000 less than ex-"Hills" star Lauren Conrad earned before she departed the show this summer.
Former "Laguna Beach" star Kristin Cavallari joined "The Hills" with a reported $90,000 per episode salary, giving her a bigger paycheck then series regular, Hollywood bad boy King Spencer Pratt.
Spencer, the report claimed, is earning just $65,000 an episode. But his salary is still more than his pal Brody Jenner, who the report claimed earns just $45,000.
But the reality stars and starlets can make money outside of their MTV neighborhood too, thanks to personal appearance fees. Celebrity booking agent Mike Esterman told the Web site, some of the show's ladies can earn $20,000-$25,000 for personal appearances. Additionally, Heidi reportedly took home $375K for her Playboy cover shoot over the summer.
Ugh, when I was little, my mom told me I needed to go to school because I couldn't make a living out of being a shallow, unfunny, moron. Well, who's the moron now mom! ... I guess it's all of us for paying them this much.
ps. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Spencer sucks!

Lauren Conrad was in Malibu for the Labor Day weekend where she basically walked into the ocean with some dude, walked out of the ocean with some dude and then was hit with a giant stick by some dude. This sounds just like my Labor Day weekend...only there was no oceans, or bikinis, and the dude hitting me with a stick was my grandmother. I kept telling her, "Baba, it's me, Alex," but then she'd go off again about how I was a Gypsy coming to steal her soul and soup pan and she'd whack me on the head with a tree branch. Anyway, how was your weekend?

LC tossed out the first pitch the the Dodgers-Phillies game over the weekend. I didn't see it, but that's no surprise. Seriously, does anyone watch the Dodgers? I didn't even know they had fans. I bet Lauren was paid big money to put on those clothes... there's really no other reason. Still, I didn't hear any additional mocking of her since then (no more than normal), so I guess the pitch couldn't have been that bad. Again, no surprise - she was on The Hills, I'm sure she knows how to handle balls.

Several years ago, Kristin Cavallari starred in the MTV "reality" show Laguna Beach. She then went on to do... well, not a whole lot, but she's still very good looking so we still remember who she is. Apparently realizing that she has no other discerable talents, she's set to replace Lauren Conrad as the main character on The Hills, which you may remember was a reality spin-off of Laguna Beach in the first place. Whatever, who cares, what matters is Kristin was photographed in the Caribbean recently wearing a tiny blue bikini and showing off her killer body.

Lauren Conrad from MTV's The Hills appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman and it was a surprisingly interesting interview. Not because Lauren had anything interesting to say, but Dave was particularly candid when it came to his hatred for Spencer Pratt, as well as his disappointment in discovering that Lauren's rumored sex tape didn't exist because he wanted to see it.

If this was Lauren Conrad's attempt to drum up a little extra attention for tonight's premiere of season 5 of The Hills on MTV, she did a horrible job. If you're going to bother showing up to the beach in Malibu wearing a bikini, at least take off the damn shorts and quit being such a tease. You can tell she has a pretty nice body under there, so quit hiding your ass like your Kim Kardashian.
