On-screen, Mad Men's January Jones has had to endure husband Don Draper's indiscretions. Off-screen, she had to contend with ex-boyfriend Ashton Kutcher. Is that so? Hmmmmmmmmm, well then, Ms. Jones, how about (insert line about forbidding her from sleeping with me) and we'll call it a night. See if you can resist that one."[He] was not supportive of my acting," the 31-year-old actress told GQ. "He was like, 'I don't think you're going to be good at this.'"
The Golden Globe-nominated actress dated Kutcher when she first moved to Los Angeles in hopes of transitioning from modeling to acting.
Despite Kutcher's criticism, Jones credits him for helping her career. "He only has nice things to say now — if anything, I should thank him," Jones told the magazine. "Because the minute you tell me I can't do something, that's when I'm most motivated." (TV Guide)
Ps. Here are some shots of January in the new GQ. Ashton, please take off your shoe and raise your leg - this is the part where you kick yourself repeatedly.

It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of the show Mad Men and its leading lady, January Jones. We're so accustomed to seeing her dressed in conservative 1960's attire that it's easy to forget that she's not just beautiful but also has a smoking hot body, which she shows off nicely in some sexy lingerie for the May 2009 issue of GQ Magazine's UK edition. Sorry for the small images, I'll post higher quality pictures as soon as they become available.
The show Mad Men has been cleaning up at various awards shows over the past several weeks (woo-hoo!), which means January Jones and the rest of the cast have been making the rounds. People have become so accustom to seeing Ms. Jones in her 1960's attire that they may not realize she's even sexier when going with a contemporary look. Here she is arriving to the 20th Annual Producer's Guild Association Awards the other night.
If you aren't already watching Mad Men on AMC, you're doing yourself a great disservice, as it's easily one of the best show's currently on television (and superior to 99% of the movies being released in theaters). The show recently wrapped up its second season full of inspired marketing ideas, booze swilling, 60's social politics, and characters that are frequently haunted by their pasts or a big secret.
