Lots of studies have been done saying children need two stable parents to be fully healthy. I disagree. I think all they need a dead father, tons of could-be-parents and multiple trips to the courthouse. The guardianship hearing for Michael Jackson's children has now been moved for the second time, but don't worry, the legal system is a wonderful place for children to grow up. Just ask Elian Gonzalez (huzzah dated references!)
Court officials say a guardianship hearing for Michael Jackson's children has been postponed until Aug. 3.I'm starting to think it's the kids who are delaying these trials and they don't actually want parents. If so, I have a nice orphanage they can come live at. Well, it's not really an orphanage, more of a freak show at a circus. But hey, we got monkeys. Kids love monkeys, right? In fact, they can live right in the cages with the monkeys. Then everyday at 3 p.m. we'll wheel them out for the public to see and point at and take pictures of. It'll be grand.Katherine Jackson, in the meantime, will remain the temporary guardian of her son's three children. Jackson designated his mother as the person he wanted to care for his children in a 2002 will. The three, who range in age from 7 to 12, are staying at the Jackson family home in the San Fernando Valley.
Jackson's ex-wife and mother of his two oldest children, Debbie Rowe, has not filed for custody of the children. She has agreed to previous delays in the guardianship case. Katherine Jackson's attorney said last week that his client and Rowe were trying to reach an amicable settlement to the case.
And still more normal than actually living with Michael Jackson.
