Elle Magazine did a photo shoot with Lindsay Lohan, which was bad idea number one. Bad idea number two was letting her near expensive jewelry, which has since disappeared. *Gasp* *Shock* *Surprise* London police said a Dior necklace and earrings worth about $411,316 went missing from the studio where the shoot took place on June 6.

"We had an allegation of theft made to us on 8 June and that is being investigated," a police spokesman has said. "We want to speak to a number of people in connection with the inquiry."

No arrests have yet been made. Police won't say if Lindsay was involved, but you and I can assume that she was. It would be like placing a bottle of vodka in front of her and expecting it not to be drunk. We can hope and wish and pray, but that's worthless when we've got an empty bottle and a passed out redhead.

"No one has contacted us yet, but Lindsay is happy to cooperate," her rep said. "Lindsay hopes they find the missing items."

Lindsay has spoken with police and told them that the jewelry probably could be found at the Rusty's Pawn Shop on 8th and Broadway. The criminal most likely stole the jewelry when the photographer wasn't looking and sold it to get money for pills and coke, since times are tough and the thief hasn't had a real job in a year and a half. All of the jewelry should be there except for a pair of cute earrings which the thief couldn't bare to let go. Lindsay also wants to make sure that there is a money reward for helping the police and asked if she could get it in cash upfront, like right now. Seriously, right now.
