Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing to decide if he smacked around Rihanna is on June 22nd. Now, it turns out that RiRi has been ordered to appear and tell her story. Yeah, it gets worse for Chris. Judge Patricia Schnegg denied a request to allow Brown’s attorney accesss to confidential LAPD personnel records so that he can find out who leaked a photograph of a battered and bruised Rihanna to the media.

In denying the motion, Schnegg said everyone agrees that the leak of the now infamous photo was not a good thing, but that … “does not impact the validity of the police investigation and the arrest of your client.” (Radar Online)

If anyone wasn't sure about Chris Brown being guilty before, sitting in a courtroom with that picture is gonna do it. I think Chris Brown's best defense would be to punch himself in the face right before the trial. Then he could walk in and go, "See? It's just something we do. We like it. It's fun. You all should try it." Then as everyone in the courtroom was smacking themselves around, Chris Brown could run out and escape to Mexico. Go man, go!
