It's a shame you can't overdose on pot, because it turns out The Hills' Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt may be card-carrying medical marijuana users - like everyone else in Southern California. Star Magazine reports the two were spotted entering one of Los Angeles' many pot clubs:

They were spotted going into The Farmacy, a medical marijuana facility, in L.A. just before closing time on April 3. No one gets beyond the dispensary's lobby without a doctor's recommendation, one worker says.

Their rep — who did not deny they bought pot — says the couple were there for a Web-based reality show. But it seemed they didn't want anyone to know! The usually flashy duo went incognito, wearing jeans and tees with matching sunglasses.

"They were definitely trying not to be noticed," says the witness. "I guess they don't want their fans to think they smoke!"

I could care less if these two actually smoke pot, what's noteworthy is this must be the first time in history they've ever attempted to do anything under the radar. Their regular photographer who follows them everywhere must be hurt and confused. I will say, knowing Heidi likes to toke up gives these photos from last week a whole new perspective. And here I thought she was only a drunken whore, but she may just be high off her ass.
