Given there were allegedly visible injuries, the crime of making criminal threats is punishable by up to nine years in prison. Domestic abuse is four years.

So basically, either way Chris Brown is completely screwed, so the sodomy reference in the title of this story isn't far fetched at all. Outside of raping small children, going into the joint as a woman beater doesn't exactly make you popular, so Brown had better hope he has a clever dance move that keeps his pants above his ankles.
