Miley Cyrus seems to have come down with a serious case of foot-in-mouth disease, as she attempts to justify her politically incorrect photos in which she poses by pulling her eyes slanted. Writing on her official web site, Miley explains:

"I've also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces! Well, I'm sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!

In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy?"

So just to clarify, Miley was slanting her eyes so she looks like many Asian people, but it was just a "goofy" face. Umm... if she's trying not to lose all of her Asian fans, this really isn't helping. Try a simple apology or just stop talking.
