A few days ago Stephanie Pratt was arrested for DUI, which is pretty terrifying since idiots behind the wheel are one thing, but drunk idiots behind the wheel becomes a matter of national security. Not according to her brother, the Royal Duke of Douchington, though - Spencer says that drinking and driving? It happens to everyone... Well, everyone cool that is.

"I mean, I've had problems with drinking in Hollywood, but who doesn't?" Pratt, 26, tells MTV News.

He says when you're having fun, it's hard to realize that there's anything wrong. It also doesn't help when club promoters and bar-goers are "giving you unlimited high-end alcohol," he says.

"If you're out at a club every night having drinks, then you're drinking every night of the week," he says. "First, it starts off, 'Oh, I just love this dancing and having fun with friends.' But it's like, even though you're just having a couple of cocktails, [it adds up]."

Don't I know it. I mean, you start the night at a family barbecue and, before you know it, you've downed three bottles of Jack and are driving down Rt. 56 with a dead Iranian hooker in the front seat and 3,000 counterfeit nickles in your trunk on your way to Branson, Missouri. Don't worry, though, it happens to everyone.
