So Jon Gosselin took a lot of money out of his and Kate's bank account, and now he's being ordered to give it back so Kate can help pay for things their kids need - like massive amount of therapy.
A Pennsylvania judge ordered Jon Gosselin to return $180,000 he removed from his and Kate's joint bank account in violation of an arbitrator's order, according to her lawyer.$12,000 on hair gel? $5,200 for a real-life Jon Gosselin Voodoo Doll? $7,345 for something called "vagi-line remover?" Dear god, TLC, have you seen what Kate has been buying with the money you've given her. I don't even see the budget for food for her kids on this thing? ... Oh, there it is, at the way bottom: $4 for a box of Twinkies. Class act, Kate.Judge Arthur R. Tilson said at a Tuesday hearing that Gosselin must repay the amount by Oct. 26, the couple's next hearing, or be held in contempt, Mark Momjian said.
Kate Gosselin has claimed her estranged husband drained their account of $230,000, leaving her unable to pay her bills.
The remaining $55,000, which Kate Gosselin used to pay bills and expenses related to the couple's eight children, "will be subject to further determination by the arbitrator at a later date," Momjian said.
"All of the attorneys on both sides worked very hard," Jon Gosselin's lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, said. "We were very pleased with the outcome of the court proceedings and the arbitration session and we are very hopeful that there will soon be a resolution."
Tilson also ordered Kate Gosselin to provide an accounting of past expenses by Oct. 26.
