While Lindsay Lohan was in Texas filming Machete (yes, someone gave her a real job. I'm amazed too), her house was broken into and robbed. This is of course is different from the LAST time her house was broken into and robbed. For the love of it all Lindsay, if you can't learn to shut and lock your legs, at least do it to your door!

Lindsay Lohan's Hollywood Hills home was burglarized over the weekend, according to her mother, Dina. The "Living Lohan" star told People on Sunday that the news, first reported by TMZ, was "true."

"The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed," Dina told the mag. "Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken too. Thank God she wasn't home."

According to Dina, Lindsay discovered the apparent burglary on Sunday morning after returning to the residence - but even before the incident, her daughter was already planning on moving out.

"We are moving her to a safer place," Dina said. "Ali and Linds just left me in New York, and left people in charge to pack."

Dina further added that Lindsay is "okay, but upset" after the break-in.(People)

Well of course Lindsay is upset. She got the gasoline cans out, had the perfect alibi, and then the man she hired for the job forgot to light the match. I mean, how is she going to collect insurance on her stuff AND the house if it doesn't burn down? From one criminal to another, Lindsay thought they had an understanding, but I guess if you want a job done, you have to do it yourself.
